Want to up your game at the barre? Never been before? Never heard of barre before you read this sentence? This is the class for you! Learn all about the moves that make barre such an amazing workout while trying them out under careful supervision...oh, and work really hard too.
An all-level tone and stretch class that's designed to get your muscles nice and warm using some of the barre exercises you know and love, while focusing on getting an amazing, deeper than usual stretch for every muscle group we focus on. Think of it as some of the amazing burn of your regular classes, with more restorative, lengthening, relaxing goodness at the end of each section.
Don't have time for a full trip to the barre? That's why we have Mini Barre. Same intense class in 3/4 of the time. Just like every other Mini Barre, but with fewer little bottles. Mini Barre classes move quickly! We recommend (but do not require) that you take at least one Open Barre class prior to coming to Mini Barre.
Everyone's welcome at this all-level class. Barre classes at Biker Barre are inspired by pilates, dance, and yoga with an emphasis on movements that will tone and strengthen your entire body in no time, while making sure you never get bored. Our classes are low-impact, high-intensity, and as close to a "happy hour" as you can get without any risk of a hangover later!
Biker Barre’s signature cycling class, Bike: Ride is 45 minutes of heart-pumping music-driven cardio fun on a bike. This class is great for beginners and advanced riders alike because the level of intensity is up to you. Please note: once class has started no one will be allowed into the studio.
This invigorating ride will leave you breathless... not to mention kick your metabolism into gear! Tabata is a method of high-intensity interval training and we're using it as inspiration on the bikes at Biker Barre. Expect the same amazingly fun atmosphere, motivating music, and encouraging instructors. Get ready to ride your heart out through sprints and rests designed to significantly increase your metabolism and make your fat burn more efficient. This isn't for newbies!
A gal (or guy) walks into a barre. A Biker Barre that is...Are you new to Bike classes? Have you been taking classes for over a year and still aren't completely sure what "up, out, back, and down" mean? Does adjusting your bike sometimes mean moving to another one that feels right?This is the workshop for you!Ingrid will be spending an hour with you, talking through all of the positions, showing you how to adjust your bike like a champ, and just generally making sure you get the absolute most out of your workout. Oh, and you better believe you will sweat.
Take the party to the next level by challenging yourself to a Bike: Trip – 60 minutes of cycling driven by one of our enthusiastic instructors. This class is best for riders who have taken at least five of Biker Barre's Bike: Ride classes.
